Shalini Singh is an Entrepreneur, HR Practitioner and currently Consultant in Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Innovation at BIMTECH, Greater Noida. She has diverse experience across Start-up Entrepreneurship, Corporate, Academics & Consulting.

Prior to BIMTECH, Shalini Co-Founded “QorQl”, a Health-tech Start-up with a vision to digitally transform healthcare in India which was subsequently acquihired by Paytm in 2018. She has helped set up Companies from scratch and built key teams around Technology, Products, Sales and Operations. Shalini has also worked with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. as Dy. Manager (HR) and been a Visiting Faculty in the area of HR & OB.

Shalini holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (Hons), Masters in Psychology (Organisational Behaviour) and a PhD in Management. Her areas of interest in research include Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation, Organisational Culture and Empowering Employee Life-cycle. She has authored research papers in International Journals in the area of Turnover Intent, Empowerment and Organisational Environment.
