Dr Nidhi Sahore has sixteen years of teaching experience. Her area of research is corporate disclosures and the financial performance of emerging market companies.

Dr Nidhi Sahore has published 13 articles and presented 14 papers at national, international and world conferences (including Pan IIM and Pan IIT conferences) held at IIM Bangalore, IIT Kharagpur, IIM Ahemdabad, XLRI Jamshedpur, BITS Pilani, IIM Shillong, IIM Kashipur, SPJIMR, Mumbai.

Dr Nidhi Sahore is also associated with journals & conferences as an ardent reviewer. As an area expert, she has been an evaluator at IMT Ghaziabad – CTDL, Sharda University, Greater Noida and K J Somaiya Institute of Management, Mumbai.

Dr Nidhi Sahore has conducted four corporate training assignments for Senior and Mid-Senior level executives at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) & National Fertilizers Limited (NFL) apart from two sponsored consultancy projects with CHINTAN Environment Research Action Group in the area of women and girl child empowerment.

She has also penned a book “The laughing Ghosts: Salvation of the Slaved Spirits” to reveal her creative side which won her the WORDSBREW book award for the best fiction novel of the year 2021 by Blue Rose Publishers.

  • Won second prize atNational Case Writing & Presentation Competition ‘Paristhiti 2013-14’ organized by Bharti Vidhyapeeth University Institute of Management Research (BVIMR), New Delhi on 27th Feb 2014 for the case: FINANCIAL IMPACT OF AN EVENT: THE CASE OF MARUTI SUZUKI INDIA LIMITED (MSIL) published in book titled Case Studies in Management (2014), Bharti Publications, Delhi, ISBN 978-93 81212-67-7.
  • Cleared SSB of Indian Air Force in 2004-05 for recruitment of professionals (2003).
  • Got certificate of merit for 2nd in college in B.Com, 1st Year (1998-99).

  • Environmental Research and Action Group’s initiative No Child in Trash, based in New Delhi.  Conducted Life skill workshops for waste picker children in Chamanvihar (Delhi) and Mulla Colony, Ghazipur (Delhi) and submitted a report on the same to the NGO – Principal Investigator.
  • Apart from being an expert in the area of Finance, I am also a certified POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) trainer. Conducted a programme in the area of Women empowerment at National Fertilizers Limited. The programme was in line with the Sustainability Development Goals with a hash tag “#breakthebias” The first half of the session was on Gender sensitization and biases and the second half of the session was in financial literacy for the  women employees of the organization.
  • Contributed in a consultancy project for the NGO CHINTAN- Environmental Research and Action Group’s initiative No Child in Trash, based in New Delhi.  Conducted a BASELINE STUDY ON GENDER BASED VIOLENCE IN WASTE PICKER’S COMMUNITIES IN three blocks of GHAZIABAD (Uttar Pradesh.) – Project Lead.
